Its been weeks. Here I sit on the same couch where I've cried, praised, and slept. We found out last week...after a maze of events that I have an ectopic pregnancy. They treated it with meds and I was hoping that my today my hormone levels would be down. Today I put on a brave face and went to get my levels tested again. The good news is they found my veins the 1st poke...(unlike the 4 pokes the other day!) The NOT SO GOOD NEWS is that my levels are still going up.
God has been faithful. He has been there every step of the way. This past week I read the book SUNSETS by Karen Kingsbury. Seems that no matter what I go through her books always have a verse that blesses me. The verse in the book was Psalms 130:7. (I changed the name from Israel to Rachel) "Rachel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption."
Another way God has been faithful is through the Gaither videos. I've taken every DVD that my mom has of the Gaithers and have played them at my house. Those people are the real deal. Hollywood messed up when they overlooked them. The music just sticks with you and helps you get THROUGH!

I just want you to know that Amy and I are praying for your whole family... You guys are going through a rough time all around, but this blog inspired me...
