Book buys!

Today, a great friend, Leslie and I went shopping. BOOK shopping. The day didn't start as a BOOK shopping experience, but for me it ended up being ALL about books! Just helping my book addiction!
I bought them to read after the baby is born. So excited!


This little book I carried around the WHOLE store really wondering if I wanted to buy it. I finally decided to buy it after I started reading the 1st few pages. BUT, I must say, my goal is to 1st read Pride and Prejudice. My goal. Hold me to it, friends!

The next book is one I'm REALLY excited about. A 1998 Newbery Honor Book, this book Leslie was JUST telling me about at school the other day! Then, today, we went to our favorite thrift store, and I FOUND this book for $2.oo! H-A-R-D-C-O-V-E-R! So impressed, I nearly squealed! Leslie was SO excited for me, it's all we talked about for the next 10 minutes! SO FUN!

The last book I bought today, is book two in the Acts of Faith series. A few weeks ago I finished book 1 and found out that book 2 came out this month! When I saw this book on the shelf, I grabbed it up and didn't put it down.

So friends, those were my buys today! I ALSO bought two little outfits for Baby Easton. One day, Easton can do a photo shoot and show you the great buys and cute outfits! But, right now, it's all about the books!

To end this post, I will tell you my current read. Sense and Sensibility! I'm doing it! Facing my fear! Reading it and even though I JUST started it, I'm loving it!
